"This beer is named after one of Cashmere's famous white water rapids on the Wenatchee river. This beer drinks very easy and will sneak up on you so be careful when drinking this beer! It has a strong malt sweetness with just a touch of hop at the end. It pours creamy with a nice rich foam head with a slight green apple taste at the end from the malt profile and course the 8.6% ABV"
